Happy Wednesday! This week I’m sharing a flavor packed recipe that can be made ahead and served chilled in a glass or clear plastic cup. I used a cup from EMI Yoshi, Inc. in the photo from my book, Stick It, Spoon It, Put it in a Glass, but you should have fun with your presentation and use any small glass you have that will work for a single serving size. Small canning jars would work and are relatively inexpensive. The vessel you choose should be clear so that you can see the colorful layers.
