For the past few weeks my teams at Morris Tap and Grill and Paragon Tap and Table have been busy planning our new fall menus. In the restaurant and catering world we always have to be thinking a season ahead to be ready for What’s Next! We’ve been developing and testing recipes, researching new brews for our taps, and immersing ourselves in fall flavors so that we can be ready, because fall is right around the corner. And we’re ready for it! This week’s recipe from Stick It, Spoon It, Put It in a Glass is a nod to the end of summer and the coming of fall.
