People love potatoes, right?! This is a fun bite which highlights the two best ways that people enjoy potatoes- crispy and mashed. Thinly sliced potatoes are filled with creamy mashed potatoes and rolled into the cannoli shape. Porcini Mushroom Dust adds an earthy richness and compliments both the potato and the sweet-tartness of the red onion marmalade.
