FOODIES…. THIS IS YOUR NIGHT! Our Harvest Cook & Dine event is your chance to experience farm-to-plate as you never have before in the natural setting of Donaldson Farms 500+ working, family owned and operated produce farm! Enjoy a hayride farm tour to actually harvest, fresh from our fields, your ingredients to be included in a hands-on cooking lesson under the instruction of Food Network’s ‘Chopped’ Champion, local Chef Eric B LeVine. This exclusive and unique event is limited to 24 participants and provides a unique opportunity for an intimate experience and
one-on-one interaction with Chef Levine.
Using the freshest ingredients you’ll prepare a mouth-watering steak and shrimp dinner accompanied by delicious sides incorporating our fresh vegetables and fruits. Vegetable, fruit and herb menu sides will be chosen just before the event and based on the produce growing on our farm at its peak of taste and freshness!

REVIEW FROM THE GRAZETTE JOURNAL
“When you hear Harvest, Cook, & Dine, you might think that its only for those passionate about farming. Not true! In our group of 24, there were people from all walks of life. So whether you’re more comfortable in a polo or with a pitchfork, this is an event you should experience. This “pick your own” meets “cooking class” meets “farm to table dinner” is an amazing interactive experience unlike any other in New Jersey. The event, hosted by Donaldson Farms on their farmland set amongst the rolling hills of Hackettstown, NJ, gave me the opportunity to familiarize myself with one of the coolest farms in the Garden State.”
