    Hey Chef!

    We used your corned beef and cabbage recipe for dinner tonight – O M G ! ! ! It was one of THE BEST corned beef dinners we have ever had (and coming from a 100% irish family – we’ve had our share of corned beef). It had amazing flavor and even better that it was gluten free friendly, as I’m the only one in my family with a gluten sensitivity! Thanks for sharing and can’t wait to try other recipes of yours.

    I had the pleasure of going on the Spirit of Chicago lunch cruise and I really enjoyed your spirit salad and wanted to know the recipe. I was also surprised that you were not a chef on the cruise any more. And I really loved the warm apple bacon vinegertte if you could send me the recipe I would be ever so grateful.
